Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Because our jewellery is worn on the body, we can only accept returns if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If there is an issue, contact us through our contact form with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the problem, and we will be happy to help.
To request a return, please get in touch through our contact form. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your order.
Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us through our contact form as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will review the issue and do our best to put things right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on jewellery unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
Sale items may only be returned if they are defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a little longer for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
